We place our food orders on Mondays, and the
orders are received on Tuesdays. We carry Hill's Science Diet
products. If you need us to special order other types of pet
foods, please give us a call or email; we will be happy to discuss
arranging it.
On pet food orders, please include:
1- Name
2- Pet's Name
3- Type of Food, including dry or canned
4- Size of bag in pounds/ounces if canned
5- Number of bags/cans

Pharmacy/Prescription Orders |
**Pharmacy orders must be reviewed by a doctor
if there are no refills or it is a new prescription. Please
allow us 24 hours in advance if possible to expedite your request**
You may also order shampoos and over-the-counter medications;
if you supply most of the information with your name and pet's
name, we will be able to review your pet's chart and refill
previously purchased items.
For NEW PRESCRIPTIONS, please describe medication and use, and
we will contact you within 2 business days. Please include:
1- Name
2- Pet's Name
3- Drug and Strength (usually in "mg")
4- Contact Phone number or Email address (if different from
return address)
For REFILLS, please include:
1- Name
2- Pet's Name
3- Drug and Strength (usually in "mg")
4- Contact Phone number or Email address (if different from
return address)
5- Any details or comments (for instance, if you would like
to get a larger quantity if possible, etc)
